October 12th
I’ll teach you the “Basics” of how to make your own Almond Milk and turn it into a fabulous Chia Pudding and a yummy Mexican Chocolate drink. Then I’ll show you how to make “Cheezy” Kale Chips and a delicious Green Smoothie. We’ll finish up the workshop with a Fiery Carrot Avocado Soup. Mmm Mmm Good!
November 9th
You’ll learn how to make some must have “go to” items. Renate’s Better than Tuna Salad which is extremely versatile and can be used in several applications which I will show you. I’ll make an amazing Charmoula Sauce (OMG), an Olive Tapenade and a few homemade salad dressings. We’ll finish up with a Raw Pecan Pie for the Holidays!!! Gobble Gobble
December 7th
You’ll be the hit of this year’s Holiday Parties with Marinated and Stuffed Basil Mushrooms! You won’t be able to get enough of my Raw Cinnamon Raisin Toast with a luscious “Cream Cheeze” frosting. We’ll finish up with some Dark Chocolate Coconut Truffles and a Sugar-Free Superfood Cacao Treat! You’re going to love these workshops!!!
There will be plenty of samples for everyone and you will get to take home the recipes.
